Reflexology is an effective, safe, and non-invasive holistic form of foot or hand therapy. It is a specific pressure technique that works on precise "reflex" points on the hands or feet to help enhance the body's natural healing abilities. A reflexologist will press the reflexes to "wake up" the body's natural ability to heal itself! Reflex points on the hands or feet correspond with all parts of the body. Reflexology helps to balance the systems of the body by applying light pressure on the reflex points to stimulate under active and calming over active areas of the body. It works on 4 levels, physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. This also brings the body to a state of relaxation so the body can heal itself. Basically, you feel relaxed while I work on your feet or hands!
